Upon full payment of all agreed fees, intellectual property rights for custom-developed code are assigned to you as outlined in the project agreement. This does not extend to pre-existing proprietary frameworks, libraries, or tools that Web3Elite may use as part of the development process, which remain our property and are licensed for your use. Post-delivery support is included with every engagement, with duration varying by plan: Starter includes 2 weeks, Professional includes 1 month, and Premium includes 3 months. Support covers bug fixes and issues directly related to the delivered scope. Feature additions, enhancements, or changes beyond the original scope are treated as new engagements. Enterprise clients may negotiate custom SLAs. We also offer ongoing maintenance retainers for clients requiring continuous monitoring and updates.

We accept payments via our secure payment gateway (credit/debit cards), bank wire transfers, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). Projects typically follow a milestone-based payment structure, with a portion due upfront before development begins and remaining payments tied to agreed milestones. Enterprise clients may arrange custom invoicing schedules. All payment terms are documented in the project agreement.

Due to the nature of custom software development, payments for completed work and milestones already delivered are non-refundable. In the event that deliverables do not conform to the mutually agreed specifications, we will work to resolve the matter through revisions within the defined scope.
